The People Behind the Work
Underwrite360 is built by people who have worked inside commercial credit, lending, portfolio management, loan review and risk.
That experience shapes how we analyze credit, communicate risk and support the people responsible for the decision.
Different backgrounds. One standard: understand the credit and make the analysis useful.

Melissa Shneyder
Founder
More than two decades in banking and commercial credit
Melissa founded Underwrite360 after more than two decades in banking.
Her experience spans commercial credit, lending leadership and work with banks, CDFIs, MDIs and community-focused capital organizations. She brings a practical lender's perspective to each engagement, with a focus on understanding the complete credit picture and making the analysis useful to the people responsible for the decision.
Melissa believes good underwriting requires both financial discipline and context. The numbers matter, but so do the circumstances behind them and the people responsible for acting on the analysis.
